Model VG37.10092 · brass thermostatic mixing valve for domestic hot water and solar thermal circuits
The VG37.10092 is a brass thermostatic mixing valve that blends hot and cold water to hold a stable outlet temperature in domestic hot water systems and solar thermal installations. It is offered in 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and 1 inch sizes with male-male threaded connections, so it fits most pipe configurations without adapters. The body is rated PN25 (362.5 psi) and the valve works across -20°C to 120°C, covering both cold feed and hot distribution duties.
Zhejiang Valogin Technology Co., Ltd. produces the valve in its own 28,000 m² plant, through brass machining, polishing, assembly and pressure testing, with roughly 70% of output running on automated workflows.

Company management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; in-house laboratory of about 1,025 m² built to ISO 17025 principles. Product approvals such as WRAS, WaterMark, UPC/cUPC, CSA, DVGW, AGA, ACS, CE and lead-free (NSF/ANSI 372) are held across the Valogin brass valve range, and the certificate scope differs by product family — request the document that matches this model before specifying.
The valve body is machined from brass blanks, then polished and assembled in-house. A compact, sturdy layout keeps the valve small enough for tight plant rooms while remaining compatible with most pipe configurations. Internally, matched rubber seals work with CNC-machined components so that the valve holds tight at rated working pressure; the same machining discipline is applied across the plant's automated lines, where dedicated production cells and industrial robots reduce human error and keep batch quality consistent.
Domestic hot water distribution: the valve blends stored hot water and cold feed to limit delivery temperature at the outlet, with stable control across the draw-off range. Typical conditions are hot water storage up to 90°C blended down to 45–60°C at the outlet, working pressure 1–10 bar, with brass ball valves isolating the mixing valve for service.
Solar thermal: the valve brings the collector loop down to a usable storage temperature and protects against overheating, while brass check valves prevent cross-flow between hot and cold sides and thermosiphoning on the loop. Because solar stagnation temperatures can exceed the 120°C rating, confirm the design conditions with our engineers before selection.
The valve also serves general manufacturing, plumbing and heating installations where a controlled mixed water temperature is required.
Thread specification, surface finish, logo engraving and packaging can all be tailored to regional market requirements. For OEM and private-label programmes, valves are produced to the customer's specification, drawing and part number, with part marking and full traceability in the customer's own numbering system, dimensional inspection reports, material certificates and process capability data supplied with each batch. Customer drawings, part numbers and brand relationships are treated as confidential.
Three nominal sizes: 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and 1 inch.
Male-male threaded connections, which allow quick installation and a secure fit across common pipe configurations.
PN25 (362.5 psi) working pressure and an operating range of -20°C to 120°C.
Yes, it is used to bring the collector loop down to a usable storage temperature and to protect against overheating. Check stagnation temperatures against the 120°C rating with our technical team first.
Yes. Private-label and OEM supply is supported, covering custom thread specification, surface finish, logo engraving, packaging and customer part numbering.
For OEM programmes we issue dimensional inspection reports, material certificates and process capability data. Certificates such as WRAS, WaterMark, UPC/cUPC, CSA, DVGW, AGA, ACS, CE and lead-free are held across the valve range — confirm the scope for this model before ordering.
